This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 66 townhouse units in the new community of Vantage Rise in Airdrie. The 1.3 hectare parcel has street frontage on three sides, including direct access to the community’s regional pathway system. The site is adjacent to the future community commercial development including a grocery store and other notable amenities. To mitigate the site’s significant grade, walk-out unit types were incorporated.

Development Permit approval has been achieved, and construction of the first four buildings will begin in the fall of 2026.
