A continuation of the first 32 fee-simple townhouse units in the new community of Vantage Rise in Airdrie, this second phase includes an additional 14 buildings and separate garages for a toral of 61 additional units. With less slope than the phase 1 project, this phase includes for optional side entrances for direct basement access.   

Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2026.
