This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 32 fee-simple townhouse units in the new community of Vantage Rise in Airdrie. The steeply sloping site was challenging for townhome development requiring two to three steps in each building to maintain a comfortable relationship to grade. The full street topography was modelled during design stages, and an architectural style, inspired by the butterfly-roof mid century style of the 50s the 60s, was carefully developed to allow the buildings to meet the ground and and step graciously along the streetscape.  

Construction is well underway, with the first seven buildings of phase 1 scheduled to complete in the spring of 2027.
