An aging and unused cross dock facility was refurbished and expanded by the Reimer Group. The 1600 m2 original facility was expanded through the addition of a 1200 m2 pre-engineered structure. The non-conforming facility required several code related upgrades, including a 4-hour firewall separating the new structure.

The project included a refresh and rebrand of the public-facing front office component.
