This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 107 apartment style condos located in the new community of Rangeview S.E. Calgary. The project shares an access with an adjacent commercial development so close coordination was required. The four storey wood frame building is served by an underground parkade which provides for all resident parking.

The project received Development Permit approval in summer 2026, and site development work is expected to start in the fall.
