This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 93 townhouse units in the new community of Pine Creek in SW Calgary. The project introduces two new unit types in response to changing market trends, including a smaller footprint “house over garage” model, and an innovative back-to-back style. All units provide a three-bedroom plus den layout with direct grade access.

Development Permit approval is expected in the fall of 2026, and construction in the spring of 2027.
