This feasibility study and design project, the final of four phases of the commercial development called the Shops of Medicine Tree, studied the option of adding two drive-through restaurant franchises into a space originally intended for a single pad building. The site design was carefully planned to to meet the requirements of the prospective tenants within the obligations to the existing anchor tenants, all while adhering to newly revised Land Use Bylaw requirements for the Town of High River.

Development Permit was approved in February 2025.
