A multifamily project for StreetSide Developments, consisting of 21 fee-simple townhouse units in the lake community of Harmony. The freehold lots are a generous 28 feet wide, providing a much more spacious layout reminiscent of a typical detached home, all while maintaining the economy of scale inherent in a townhouse typology. Each unit has a large 2-car front drive garage, but opens up to park space at the rear of the building providing an abundance of natural light and openness.

Construction is well underway, with first possessions in summer 2026, scheduled to be complete in the spring of 2027.
